JKLK standard flange orifice plate throttling device is a flow measurement device without scale, which is used together with intelligent differential pressure transmitter. In metallurgical, chemical, petroleum and electric power industrial systems, the differential pressure produced by the liquid, gas and steam with medium temperature ≤ 400 ℃ flowing through the orifice plate is continuously measured. The pressure difference signal is converted into proportional output signal by the transmitter, and then the measured flow is recorded, indicated or regulated by the secondary instrument or regulator.

Principle:

Jklk throttling device artificially causes throttling in the medium flowing pipeline (as shown in the figure). When the measured medium flows through the throttling device, it causes a local contraction, concentration of flow beam, increase of flow rate and decrease of static pressure, thus a static pressure difference is generated on both sides of upstream and downstream of throttling piece. There is a certain functional relationship between the static pressure difference and the flow rate. The larger the flow rate is, the greater the static pressure difference will be. Therefore, the flow rate can be measured by measuring the differential pressure.
