Product overview

Stress vortex flowmeter is a kind of velocity flowmeter. Based on Karman vortex street theory, piezoelectric crystal is used to detect the vortex frequency generated by fluid passing through vortex street generator in pipeline, so as to measure fluid flow. This series of vortex flowmeter is a well-designed product based on the comprehensive absorption of advanced technology in developed countries and the summary of many years of research and production experience. It realizes the intellectualization, standardization, serialization, generalization, production mold of products, and ensures the reliability of product quality. It has the characteristics of advanced circuit, low power consumption, wide range ratio, simple structure, small resistance loss, strong and durable, wide use, long service life, stable work, easy installation and debugging. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, light industry, power heating and other industries. It can also be used for the flow measurement of fluid pipeline in urban water supply and medical industry.

1. No moving parts, long-term stability, simple structure, easy to install and maintain.

2. It has a variety of flow rate sensors, such as flow rate sensor, flow rate sensor and so on.

3. The  accuracy of liquid is ± 1.0% and that of gas is ± [A1] 1.5%.

4. The range of measuring range is wide, and the range of Reynolds number is 2 × 104 ~ 7 × 106, and it can reach 1:20.

5. Low pressure loss (about 1 / 4 ~ 1 / 2 of orifice flowmeter) belongs to energy-saving flow meter.

6. The installation method is flexible, and can be installed horizontally, vertically and obliquely at different angles according to different process pipelines on site.

7. The anti disturbance circuit and anti vibration sensor head are adopted, which has certain anti vibration performance.

8. Using ultra-low power microprocessor technology, a 3.6v10ah lithium battery can be used for more than 3 years.

9. The non-linearity of instrument coefficient is corrected by software to improve the measurement accuracy.

10. Small pressure loss and wide range.

11. EEPROM is used to protect the accumulated flow from power failure for more than 10 years.
