JKLV series V-cone Flowmeter is a differential pressure flowmeter. Its successful development is a qualitative leap in differential pressure flow measurement. It uses the throttling effect of V cone in the flow field to measure the flow rate by detecting the pressure difference between upstream and downstream. Compared with the common throttling parts, it changes the throttling layout from the central orifice to the annular throttling. Practical application shows that V-cone Flowmeter has the advantages of high long-term accuracy, good stability, small limitation by installation conditions, wear resistance, wide measurement range, small pressure loss, and suitable for dirty media. Moreover, the V-cone itself, as a rectifier of flow field, has become an excellent new flowmeter with unique performance. The V-cone Flowmeter composed of V-cone sensor and differential pressure transmitter can accurately measure the flow rate of various media in a wide range of Reynolds number (8 × 103 ≤ re ≤ 5 × 107).
